“I continue to be impressed with the genuine compassion of the administrative and nursing staff at Silver Ridge Care. There is sincere care for the well-being of every individual resident. When issues arise, they are addressed immediately and with attention to detail. Visitors are respected and cared for as well. Many of the staff have willingly worked overtime hours when needed to ensure the building runs smoothly. The administrative team will jump in to help the nursing staff with anything they need. Additionally, every administrative staff is assigned daily “care partners,” a few residents that they check in with daily to make sure they have everything they need in their room and that they are being cared for timely and respectfully. It is clear that this is more than just a job for them and that the care of the residents is a priority, paramount to anything else.”
